It all started with a passion for Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand, and referred to as the “art of the eight limbs” because of the focus on eight points of contact- fist, elbow, knee and leg strikes. The practice requires a competitive spirit fed through combat, but the beauty of the sport is that there is so much more. Muay Thai represents a challenge of physical and mental self-control, balance, a deep respect for tradition, and strong focus on training and technique.
